RiseReady support
Start with the readiness checks in the app's Settings screen. They verify alarm, notification, full-screen, battery, and volume readiness before you enable an alarm.
RiseReady is not yet publicly available. This page documents the current release candidate. Contact support at support@proappcenter.com.
An alarm did not ring
- Open Settings in RiseReady and complete every readiness action.
- Make sure alarm volume is audible and every readiness check is complete.
- On Android, allow exact alarms, notifications, full-screen alarms, and unrestricted battery use.
- After changing a permission, reopen RiseReady and confirm the alarm is still enabled.
Custom sound is unavailable
Import the sound again from the alarm editor. If a file cannot be read at ring time, RiseReady falls back to the system alarm sound so the alarm is not silent.
Camera gesture tasks
Blink, wink, smile, and head-turn wake-up tasks are available on Android. Grant camera permission when prompted and test the task before relying on it for an important alarm. If camera access is denied or unavailable, choose the on-screen math fallback. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not retained or transmitted. The bundled Google ML Kit SDK may send technical SDK diagnostics; the app explains this before requesting camera access.
Optional privacy controls
Usage analytics and crash/performance diagnostics are independent and off by default. You can change either choice in Settings. Turning a choice off stops future collection for that service; the privacy policy explains deletion and retention for data already sent.
iPhone behavior
iOS 26 and later uses Apple AlarmKit. Earlier versions use a notification fallback. Apple's system Stop action cannot be gated by RiseReady wake-up tasks, so Android-only controls are not shown on iPhone.
Huawei battery controls
On Huawei devices, review Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background in App launch settings. RiseReady also links to standard Android battery settings when Huawei's private settings page is not available. A no-GMS Android emulator has verified locked-screen alarm delivery, but Huawei's proprietary battery policies still vary by model.
Delete app data
Delete alarms individually in RiseReady. Uninstall the app to remove all private RiseReady data and imported sounds. There is no RiseReady cloud account or server copy.
